(Principles are basic truths that, when applied, cause success to come to you easier and quicker.)

Anger is a symptom…. of a feeling of:

Victim-hood…. which is a by-product of thinking you are at the:

Effect-Of (outside controlling circumstances)…. because you hallucinate that you are:

Separate-From (others/Life/God/Source/the Universe/etc.)…. because of your deepest mental:

Conditioning.

How you show up in the world is more about your deepest mental conditioning than anything else. What you believe, what you think, how you act and react, all these spring from the conditioning of your mind. What you do is what people see, but what you do is merely a symptom, not the root of your behavior.

Anger is a graphical example of this. If you have been conditioned to think that you are separate from others, from Life itself, then it is understandable that you might express anger from time to time. Separateness is lonely and scary, a place from which to feel threatened.

Use emotions, like anger, as indicators to show you there is something deep inside that begs to be uncovered and resolved. Once done, the symptomatic emotion ceases to show up. Freedom results.
