Level 5 – Well-being Your emotional, physical and spiritual bodies combine to result in well-being; all systems are working and integrated.
Level 4 – Healthy Your body is fully functional; enough vim and vigor; good diet and supportive routine. There is minimum to moderate stress.
Level 3 – Balanced Your body and emotional systems are working decently; not optimum health, but no damage is being done.
Level 2 – Feel-good high Not bad, but you are either temporarily high or dependent on externals. It’s not a natural state.
Level 1 – Not well Sick, emotionally unhappy, physically not responsible for yourself.
