(Principles are basic truths that, when applied, cause success to come to you easier and quicker.)

You have the right to be safe. It is a fundamental right we all share.

Over time you may have given away this right and find yourself damaged by the actions of others. That calls for the establishment of a boundary. You establish boundaries to protect yourself and to provide a safe space within which you can have the life you want, a place for you to create and grow.

When you first establish a boundary you may think of it as a wall, solid and impenetrable. As you grow to enjoy living within the safety of boundaries you will extend them further and further. They eventually become like distant strings with bells on them to warn you of possible danger long before it can hurt you.

Coaching Point: What one boundary are you ready to set?
