(Principles are basic truths that, when applied, cause success to come to you easier and quicker.)

How often are you consciously grateful?

Most people are well aware that gratefulness, gratitude, and thankfulness are all powerful states of being. The phrase “develop an attitude of gratitude” was even popular for a while.

But it turns out that while most people are aware of gratitude, few practice it.

Try writing a list of things you feel gratitude for at the end of each day. It just takes a couple of minutes.

Or when someone asks you “How’s business?” respond by telling them, and then follow that by telling them that you are really grateful for it.

Or silently say to yourself “thank you” when something nice happens for you.

Or …. (you’ve probably already thought of another way to express gratitude).

The powerful, positive effect of consciously being in frequent gratitude may astound you!

Coaching Point: Are you even willing to be grateful for the parts of your life that are not the way you want? When you are it sure makes it easier to change them.
