(Principles are basic truths that, when applied, cause success to come to you easier and quicker.)
Feedback is what you get when you take an action. (Or when you don’t take an action.) Feedback is observing what’s happening right now. When you pay attention to what’s going on, you see the result of your actions (or inactions).
For example, when you drive a car you are constantly receiving visual feedback about your actions. This feedback allows you to make small corrections with the steering wheel to stay on your course. If you refused to receive the feedback (closed your eyes), you would quickly be in trouble.
Many people get very judgemental with themselves when they don’t get the results they want from an action they’ve taken. They think they’ve failed. You can never fail. You can only get feedback.
Did you get what you want? Do more of the same actions.
Did you not get what you want? Try a different action.
Don’t take it personally. It’s just feedback.
