Your telephone should be making noise.

If it is ringing (people wanting to do business with you), congratulations.

If it’s not ringing, you should be hearing a dial tone (as you call others to talk about opportunities).

Have either a ringing sound or a dial tone, a silent telephone is useless.

Coaching Point: Yes, this Principle obviously applies to sales, but where else in your life do you need to be initiating?
