If there is something you really want to do, eliminate all other options.

If you have no way to turn back, all energy can be applied to going forward.

If you want to be victorious in something new, eliminate the old.

Make it impossible to turn back. Burn the boats.

 

Coaching Point: This is certainly not the only way to achieve desired outcomes, but occasionally it is the best.
