“What am I afraid to find out?”

 

Coaching Point: This question is asked way too infrequently because in order to ask it, you have to be willing to be afraid — and who wants to do that? Try getting help. Ask someone who cares about you to — metaphorically speaking — hold your hand during the process. The good news is that once asked, most of your fear will quickly fade because the truth is always a stronger place to stand than uncertainty.
