“How can I be useful?”

 

Coaching Point: Most people are in pursuit of the answer to the question of “What can I do?” They work and they struggle, but ultimately, the answer leaves them only looking inward. The answer to the question of usefulness will help you a lot more because it causes you to look outward. What s your answer?
