(Principles are basic truths that, when applied, cause success to come to you easier and quicker.)

Nothing shows up in the world until someone has a thought about it. Thought always precedes presence.

It’s easy to spend your day “spending” your day and at the end of your day discover you never left time for thoughts to appear. Busy, busy, busy.

To foster thoughts you can meditate, journal, perform yoga or tai chi, pray, sit and watch the water, read poetry, or anything else that is not about doing or accomplishing.

After you give space for things to come up you may be amazed to see what shows up.

Coaching Point: How do you spend some time each day, in quiet, to let things come up?
