“Additional problems are the offspring of poor solutions.”
Mark Twain
Coaching Point: Smoke jumpers — forest fire fighters — know that a fire is out only when they use their bare hands to feel through the dirt and debris, checking for hot spots and finding none. Think about that, a fire which may have consumed hundreds of square miles is only officially out when people on their hands and knees say it’s out. What can you do to start doing complete work so that current problems, once handled, don’t spring back into flame?
