(Distinctions are subtleties of language that, when gotten, cause a shift in a belief, behavior, value or attitude.)

A lot of successful people are driven, some even driven to accomplish great outcomes. They like being driven because it feels normal to them and they enjoy the results they’ve achieved. If you’re one of those people, then keep on being driven.

If you would like to try another approach, an approach which can give you results at least as rewarding as being driven, then try being inspired.

When you are inspired you are pulled toward your outcome instead of driven from behind. There is a curiosity and eagerness. Energy to support you seems to materialize within and around you. Others are attracted to your inspired activities.

The trick is to find that which inspires you versus that which merely drives you. You may not find it the first time, or the second, but keep looking because the payoff is huge.
