This seems, at first glance, to be an obvious distinction; clearly goal setting is not anything like worrying. But look deeper.
Worrying is: getting a clear picture full of emotion about exactly what you DON’T want.
Goal setting is: getting a clear picture full of emotion about exactly what you DO want.
The process is identical. The only difference is in the focus of your attention.
