Coaching Point: If a golfer is really good at driving the ball, it’s not a good idea for him or her to do so once on the green. If a salesperson is really good at asking for the order and closing the sale, it’s generally not a good idea for him or her to do so at the first contact with a prospect. Do you know your strengths? Is there one you are overusing to the point it has become a hindrance?
