“What is the fear that is holding me back?”

 

Coaching Point: Many times you know what you want to change, but find yourself not changing. Instead, you live with, tolerate, pay the price, hang on, resist, or suffer. A reluctance to change, a holding back, is frequently because of a real or imagined fear you have over making the change. Identify the fear, do something about the fear, and you’re more likely to make the change. What’s holding you back?
