“Who do I have to become in order to…?”


Coaching Point: Businesses grow; relationships grow. When you find yourself in dramatic growth situations it’s highly useful to ask the above question. Do you need to add people skills to run your much bigger business? Do you have to become more aware of your core values in order have better relationships? Asking ‘Who do I have to become?’ is a recognition that what got you to your current level of success may not support a significantly greater outcome. Who are you, really, and Who do you have to become?
