The old saying is that “a rising tide raises all boats.” While that’s true enough, it has also been pointed out that a rising tide won’t raise rocks!

The environments you create, and participate in, can elevate you and those around you. But there are some people who are resistant to having their life be better.

Don’t bother trying to raise the rocks. You’ve got plenty of others who will enjoy sailing away with you.
