“What’s next?”

 

Coaching Point: One function of a really great question is that it gets your attention, perks you up, engages you. “What’s next” can do just that. This question is not about dissatisfaction with the present; in fact, everything about the present could be terrific. Instead, it evokes a sense of wonder, anticipation, and eagerness. Inside this question lives a pull. So, what’s next for you?
