Except…
..the guy you’re dealing with is a bad guy (or gal). Either you know his history (facts) or you know your gut (feelings) and you know he’s (pick one) capricious, dishonest, unreliable, two-faced, mean, narcissistic, fearful, or needy.
What makes you think the good deal can overcome his deal-killer nature?
