(Principles are basic truths that, when applied, cause success to come to you easier and quicker.)
Yes. Now say it with some gusto, “Yes.” Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?
Yes is a wonderful word, a positive word. When you say yes you’re always moving forward. You’re stepping up, reaching out, anticipating. Yes has an assumed good outcome in it. Yes!
When you catch yourself saying “No” pause and ask, “Where is the Yes in this?”
“No, I don’t want to do that” can become, “I want to do this.”
“No, I can’t!” becomes, “I wonder how I might?”
“I don’t want to be here any more” is, “I’m off to my next adventure.”
Coaching Point:
You can simply let go of the habit of No and look for the chance to say Yes. In the absence of No you will gently grow in what waits for you to express.
For your journey of Now is but showing you how to be thrilled with where you can progress. As soon as you see it you know you can be it, to what do you want to say Yes?
