(Great questions lead to great answers; weak questions, weak ones.)
“What do I need to let go of?”
Coaching Point: Hanging onto old hurts, unfulfilled desires, and attachments is expensive.
Dragging around fears, guilts, angers, and resentments is tiring.
Keeping an image of yourself which is less than what you really are is, well, self-limiting.
But holding onto something means you’re receiving some benefit from it, or perceive you are. Is the benefit really worth what it costs?
You can choose to let go of anything which keeps you from being your best. You may need help with letting go. It’s okay, get some.
When you let go you enjoy the freedom which awaits.
By the way, we all do this.
Do what? Hold on. And let go. Letting go is better.
