(Principles are basic truths that, when applied, cause success to come to you easier and quicker.)

You know about starting a diet and then backsliding. Or joining a gym, attending regularly, and then . . . not.

Putting a savings or investment program in place.

Enrolling in a degree program.

Starting a yoga, meditation, or prayer discipline.

The list is long of things we start but don’t see through to completion or mastery or whatever the end objective is.

It’s okay, begin again. If you backslide, begin again. Stumble, begin again. More than once, you can begin again. Until you get what you want.

Most people beat themselves up for quitting and end up carrying a self-appointed load of guilt. Not useful.

A feature of successful people is that when they ‘quit’ (and they all have) they begin again. Time starts now. The past is past. Begin again.

Coaching Point: Is there something you want and haven’t put attention to lately? Can you begin again?
