(Great questions lead to great answers; weak questions, weak ones.)

“What do people say when they talk about me?”

Coaching Point: This Great Question is not a plea for egotism, it’s a call to clarity. It is not, “Look at me.” It is, “How am I showing up?”

A simple approach to take with this question is to ask it of yourself twice a day for a couple of weeks. That will cause you to be more conscious of what you are demonstrating about yourself to others.

Which of your many wonderful attributes do you think people notice the most? And talk about?
