(Great questions lead to great answers; weak questions, weak ones.)
“What’s working?”
Coaching Point: So often we focus on what is off, wrong, broken, etc. In other words, what’s NOT working? That’s a useful place . . . to visit. Just don’t live there.
Instead, when you choose to ask this Great Question on a regular basis something shifts. You start to see more of what is working which will prompt you to look for more. The process feeds itself.
When you bump into something which isn’t working, instead of being stymied by it, you will more quickly seek what to change.
And finally, when you regularly live in this question you will notice that somehow, magically, without a logical explanation, more things work.
What’s that about?
