S:1129 Principle: Forecasts

(Principles are basic truths that, when applied, cause success to come to you easier and quicker.)

There was an interesting sentence in an aviation magazine (I seem to be shown a lot of ideas from aviation!) about some folks who flew around Iceland for a one-week adventure: “In Iceland, the weather doesn’t care about the forecast.”

Indeed, it doesn’t. Forecast all you want, but you still have to deal with the weather as you encounter it.

That applies to life in general – what happens may, or may not, care about what we plan.

Coaching Point: What if you do some planning, sure, then simply be present and respond to what comes up?
