“What if I looked at everything with open-ended interest?”

 

Coaching Point: Instead of anger. Or judging, ‘justified’ resentment, condemnation, recoil, horror, fear, dismay, revulsion, righteousness, or guilt.

Or even instead of longing, desire, pride, wanting, or wistfulness.

What if you let go of all that and simply experienced what is? Grounded in peace, aware of it all.
