You probably don’t know anyone who enjoys failing. Failing doesn’t feel good. In fact, the fear of feeling the pain of failing stops many from even attempting.

Highly successful folks have tried and failed countless times. That’s part of why they have become so successful. What’s their difference?

They put their attention on the outcome they want rather than on the fear of failing to achieve the outcome. If they haven’t gotten it yet they try again, perhaps after shifting to a different approach.

They don’t fail; they simply are not yet successful.
