Coaching Point: So often we let the littlest obstacle stop our progress. The slightest push-back. A subtle frowning disagreement. Our gut or head says go but we stop at no.

Ideas have to be sold. Progress doesn’t occur in solitude. Awaking others to a new vision is a leader’s responsibility.

When faced with a No gently ask Why Not?
