Coaching Point: She mentioned it in a casual manner during the conversation. The subject was about a significant breakthrough she had a few days earlier.
The shift was from an old behavior she saw in a different context. That shift in context caused an ah-ha, a new awareness.
After that small change and its payoff, she then saw a related one. Then another. She reported noticing a compounding effect from the few small changes.
Small changes that brought about large results. These have made a significant difference in the quality of a part of her life.
It starts with noticing that you would like something to be different, then taking a small action.
It also involves recognizing and celebrating your achievements. You took steps to make your life better.
