“What would be an extraordinary outcome for me?”

 

Coaching Point: Extraordinary! It’s not an ordinary word. Most outcomes people have are ordinary. That’s because most outcomes people aim for are ordinary. And that’s for any of several reasons — fear they won’t get it; think it’s too hard; don’t know how; don’t have permission; can’t imagine it; and other reasons. Notice this Great Question doesn’t include “How?” It’s only “What?” What’s your answer?
