(Great questions lead to great answers; weak questions, weak ones.)

“What am I afraid of?”

Coaching Point: Fear is a powerful motivator to do … nothing, to stay frozen.

Merely by asking this Great Question you begin to diminish the hold a fear has on you. Being willing to look it in the eye, by refusing to let it, through inaction, keep you locked up, you begin to win.

Notice that this question does not say that you should or even could take action to overcome what you fear. It asks only that you be willing to look at it, identify it, maybe even name it.

Nothing happens until you do.
