“What interests me?”
Coaching Point: You might think this Great Question is a common one. It can be, but sometimes it gets lost in the day-to-day.
I was always a curious kid, interested in many topics. Then, married young, school, kids, work, started a business, then a second, and for a long while my curiosity and interests centered around ‘the next step’ of my busy life. I forgot to lift my head, look at my own journey, and ponder the question – for me.
Having asked this question of many people in my professional life I can assure you it will evoke some useful thoughts.
