Coaching Point: This advice from Wooden may be among the most ignored in the world. People seem to be very clear about their limitations and, in fact, focus on them excessively.

Of course we have limitations. We are to a certain extent defined by our limitations.

But think about the capabilities you have now which are beyond the limitations you used to have. You’ve learned, grown, and expanded in many ways. Notice you have abundant evidence that limitations can be transcended.

If there is something you can’t do, what else can you do?
