Coaching Point: Never let the past hold you back from the future you want.

But first you have to give thought to the future you want.

Then you have to notice if there are any internal voices that say, “Yeah, but.” Clear those up. (hint – get help with that)

Did you notice the key word in the quote above – ‘begin’?
