(Principles are basic truths that, when applied, cause success to come to you easier and quicker.)
Writing is rewriting. What finally gets published has usually gone through many rewrites.
And that works. Grab an idea, write something about it. Get all your initial thoughts captured.
Then at your pace reread your writing and rewrite anything which calls for it. Repeat until it’s the way you want it.
Writing, particularly good writing, is in the rewriting.
However, this is not an S3MC writing class. It is about life.
First, don’t worry about getting it perfect from the start, just plunge in. Second, don’t live with your first effort. Improve what needs improving. In writing and in life.
Treat your life as a first draft. A continuously-being-rewritten first draft. Improve it as you go. Enjoy the rewriting.
