This is simple.

Be responsible for what happens in your life. Own it. Know that – consciously or unconsciously – you have a hand in what happens to you. A responsible person is free.

Feeling that you’re At Fault is being responsible plus a story. The story is what doesn’t work. Feeling/thinking that you’re bad/flawed/shamed are stories made up by the ego. The ego secretly gets juice from suffering. Holding the position that you are At Fault is a story.

But you are responsible. Learn from it. Do it differently next time. Get better.

Humm…maybe this isn’t so simple.
