Coaching Point: Life is not static. Yet most people don’t keep learning. Repeating a sound bite someone said is not learning.

Learning is not hard. It only takes intent. The rest will fall into place.

Yes, some people have a natural desire to learn. They enjoy the process as well as the delightful results.

For others, the process of learning is not as enjoyable. So they will want to focus on the benefits. Having the desire for the results pull them through the learning process.
