Coaching Point: Oh, boy. You also likely hear someone sputtering, “But, but, but…” “I know I’m right!” they say.

People will defend something they “know” even though others have proven it wrong. Of course. You do it. I do it. It’s part of being a learning human being. Some lessons are more painful than others.

Campbell also said:
“The ability to accurately assess one’s fundamental limitations differentiates the wise from the foolish.”

I had to read his thoughts more than once to see the wisdom.

“Knowledge is only as significant as its effects.”
