Sometimes, people feel a little guilty enjoying parts of their lives. They think about all the things they haven’t done yet. They find themselves programmed by the tyranny of the to-do list. This can result in enduring a day rather than enjoying the day.

Of course, every now and then you have to bow your back and plow through a tough situation. One which offers no particularly exciting juice. That’s normal. But can you cut one thing that you currently endure? One.

Once you focus on looking for things you enjoy, you will discover ways to expand them. We see what we look for, so look for more things to enjoy. (Hint – that is three ‘looks’ in one paragraph.)
