“Without an adversary, prowess shrivels.”
. . .
“Not what you endure, but how you endure, is important.”
Seneca
Coaching Point: Prowess; not a word often heard. Prowess is about skill and expertise, a refined level of performance.
We can gain prowess through adversity. That may alter our view of having an adversary. Instead of feeling attacked, we can look at it as an opportunity to develop and grow.
Life is not always smooth and easy. Sometimes it is hard. How you endure it is important.
Ready to be thankful for having an adversary and for your opportunity to gain prowess?
