“It is not enough to have learned, for living is sharing and I must offer what I have for whatever it is worth.”
Louis L’Amour – Education of a Wandering Man
Coaching Point: Learning is fun. But learning taken in and retained does not pollinate.
Even the gentle spreading ripples of the wake behind a boat have an effect. Retained learning leaves no ripples.
L’Amour went on to say, “Knowledge is like money: To be of value it must circulate, and in circulating it can increase in quantity and, hopefully, in value.”
Not everyone is a formal teacher hired and paid to share data, information, knowledge, and wisdom. But everyone knows things that would benefit others. When shared.
What are you here to share?
