(Great questions lead to great answers; weak questions, weak ones.)

“How am I offering positivity and joy to the world around me?”

Coaching Point: All you need to do to exercise this Great Question is to do it. It takes no special skill or language. There is no right or wrong way.

It centers on intention.

Do you even care about offering positivity and joy? The question is a coaching one. There is no “should” in it. You can get that kind of instruction from countless other sources.

The Coaching view of this is for you to be in alignment with your innermost desires. Sometimes people hold back because they fear others will see them as weird or at least different. So? Who cares what others think about it? It’s not as if you’re spewing hate, anger, and vitriol.

A simple way to offer positivity and joy is through a smile. Go around with a slight smile, letting the corners of your eyes crinkle. That’s it!

Notice that when you do, others tend to respond.

Is it okay for you to be the initiator in this cycle of positivity and joy?
