“Why would someone want to know me?”
Coaching Point: A good question to ask yourself from time to time. It is easy to be critical of oneself. To think we are somehow so flawed that others might not want to know us. We can find ourselves thinking about what is off, wrong, broken, missing, or ill about us.
Ease up! Nobody requires you to be perfect. (If there is, you might want to rethink that relationship.)
Take a little inventory. Of your good parts.
What is one of your attributes that you know others find attractive?
