(Principles are basic truths that, when applied, cause success to come to you easier and quicker.)
Some people walk into a room and things just start happening.
They are the ones who introduce you to the exact person you need to meet or drop a simple idea that sparks something big. They do not force it. They do not burn themselves out. They just naturally connect people, ideas, and opportunities.
In chemistry, that is called a catalyst. It makes a reaction happen faster, yet it comes out of the process unchanged. Think of the catalytic converter in your car. Platinum inside it transforms harmful exhaust into safer gases, and when the job is done, the platinum is still platinum.
The same thing happens with certain people. They bring the right things together that might not happen on their own, and they are still the same person when it is all over.
Coaching Point: Are you a catalyzer?
