(Great fears are barriers to experiencing your real life.)

It has been some 14 years since I wrote Part 1 of this Great Fear. (Of course, not knowing it was Part 1!) I stand by it. Awareness of your core values and orienting your life around them is still important. See S:0840. Today’s S3MC is to add to it. I’ve seen and learned a few things about life purpose since.

Now add the attribute of happiness. Or joy, contentment, or satisfaction. The exact word is unique and personal to you. The word is not as important as the energy behind it. Happiness is the word that works for me.

To say that you are living a life of purpose means you are living the life you came here to live. Based on the awareness that your life journey/path/purpose is unique to you. No one else has exactly the same.

When you are ‘on purpose’ it feels good/right/natural. Even if you can’t explain it, you know it. It is an ‘inside’ experience. It feels good. Yes, I repeat myself! You are happy. See also S:0961.

When you step off your path, you start doing what you think you ‘should.’ You seek others’ approval or get caught up in a when-then mindset instead of being present. This can lead to feelings of fear, whether it’s mild or intense. That is because you need the outside to define you. You don’t have that inner grounded feeling. Happiness diminishes or even disappears. See also S:0872.
